BronkhorstW-101ACEM适用精準(zhǔn)的蒸氣流運輸，壓(yā)力在真空泵到100bar中(zhong)間，可混和🌏較大總(zong)流量2g/h液态和較大(dà)總流量4ln/min載氣。
溫度(du)控制混和設備與(yǔ)μ-FLOW液體流量計和載(zai)氣MFC組成應用，一同(tóng)組成😘操縱揮發和(hé)混和（CEM）系統軟件。
